Abstracto
- This article approaches problems related to the lack of planning in agriculture, overcosts in dealing with diseases that crops have, and the need of implement economically viable technological tools to improve agricultural yield, predict damage and take appropriate decisions in situations that affect the development of the potato crop Solanum tuberosum variety Diacol caprino in Cundinamarca, Colombia. To this end, was defined the theoretical and, technical aspects surrounding the work and evaluate the problems that arise in the development of the potato crop through spectral response using Near Infrared (NIR) high resolution images obtained with the use of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The results obtained show that the spectral response identifies vegetation characteristics and problems in the crop, (Berrío 2015) so the economic viability of this technology as an alternative tool for small and large farmers to optimize the development of the productive systems is evident.
